This is my second year of providing this to third year clinical psychology trainees at Salomons, Canterbury Christchurch University. The first year I was in fairly good recovery and only needed to all for help to watch timing as my ability to hold a few things in mind was difficult...I was on and then withdrawing from antidepressants over the series.
This year is different, all guns blazing!
