Are you a qualified clinical psychologist practising in the UK?
Do you have lived experience of mental health difficulties?
I’m currently recruiting participants for my doctoral research, and I’d love to hear from you.
My study explores the experiences of clinical psychologists who have chosen to share (or not to share) their own mental health difficulties in the workplace.
Whilst there’s growing recognition of the importance of mental health across professions, we still know very little about how mental health is navigated by clinical psychologists themselves, especially in professional settings.
Taking part involves a one-off online interview lasting between 60 and 90 minutes.
This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of the personal, professional, and systemic factors that shape these decisions, with the goal of fostering a more open and supportive approach to mental health within the profession.
