Today I discovered an early text to one of the first members of in2gr8mentalhealth: "we'll stand alone together" This is the pain from which it was born, in the hope of changing something. A need to reach out in my recovery to try to find others to connect with, through walls of silence and feeling isolated.
...and then connection and warmth and solidarity. in2gr8mentalhealth is approaching its first birthday in a few days on 27th October, both a tender and celebratory moment.
